Booking & Payment
To confirm a booking, a non-refundable 50% advance payment is required. The remaining 50% must be paid on or before the day of the event. Failure to make the full payment may result in the cancellation of services or withholding of the photographs.
Cancellations & Refunds
If you need to cancel a booking, please notify us at least 30 Days in advance. Refunds for cancellations will be subject to our discretion, based on the nature of the booking. The 50% advance payment is non-refundable.
Ownership of Content
All photographs taken by weddingtouch.in remain our property until full payment is made. After full payment, you will have the rights to use the photos for personal purposes. Commercial use of the photographs requires explicit permission.
Copyright & Use of Images
We reserve the right to use any photographs from your session for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.
Liability
We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or injury that occurs during the photoshoot unless it is directly caused by our negligence.
